As account and project manager at Double Left, I led delivery of the digital version of Almanaque Tudum — I coordinated the complete development of the digital experience, which brought the physical almanac to a responsive online platform, and the build-out of the scalable infrastructure that supported the free-distribution launch, ready for thousands of sign-ups within minutes.

Leading the management of a delivery at this scale, for one of the world's biggest entertainment brands, was one of the experiences that prepared me to lead my own projects.

The challenge wasn't just publishing content — it was translating the physical almanac's editorial and visual experience into a fluid, responsive digital journey, built on infrastructure ready for traffic spikes. Exame's coverage of the launch documents the free distribution of 200,000 copies nationwide, with digital access for anyone who couldn't get the printed edition — we coordinated the technical foundation to support that volume without compromising stability, performance, or availability.
